Meanwhile, Back with Professor Loone...

Last time we saw Loone, he got all serious on us. While the Docs have been chasing after a package, Loone's been busy building a machine to pursue him with (who am I, the narrator?).

It's a bad joke, and I hope the terminology doesn't offend anyone. "Retard" is a word for "hinder", and Loone is planning to hinder Ralph's scheme after all!

The "already painted it on the side" thing is going to be a recurring theme, I guess! Must be a common problem amongst inventors.
