An Important Decision

I played BioShock Infinite, and I really digged the Lutece twins, who'd regularly pop up to mysteriously offer the player some goods or play a little game. Boy, it would sure be cool if I could do something like that in one of my stories. Oh wait, the doctors are travelling in time and space! I can do that.
