As Psi explains: "There's random women in Bishie Ralph's lab in various states of (un)dress, Alternate Ralph is a lot like the Tenth Doctor in that he keeps acquiring companions that fall helplessly in love with him whilst he stays completely oblivious to their affections. It's one of the hurdles of being awesome, apparently". Also, as I hasten to point out, he likewise wears sand shoes.
